Please read Mimizlocs (our) terms and conditions carefully before making any bookings.

No accompanying person

Mimizlocs can only accommodate one person at a time, therefore we request that the client is neither accompanied by an adult or child during the appointment.

Cancellation/Missed appointment

Our clients can cancel their booking 48 hours prior to the appointment date at no fee (refundable). However, clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged a full fee (non-refundable). Late arrivals (over 15minutes) and late cancelations (less than 48hrs) will result into 50% charge.

Right to refuse service

At Mimizlocs we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service at our discretion. We will dismiss abusive and disrespectful clients, when necessary, before or after client’s reservations.

Payment

Payment must be made in full to secure your booking. A text message or email confirming the booking will be sent.

NB: Consultation fee is non-refundable.

Appointment/Reservation

Our services are only available to clients with reservations.

Consultation: £20

Re-tightening: £80 (below 6 weeks)

Note: If not completed within the specified time, another appointment will need to be booked and paid for.

Maintenance/Repair: £100
